Rob has a BA in Government and Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College and a JD degree from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. He has 25 years of experience in the executive staffing world, beginning as a Sr Recruiter, Accounting and Finance with the SolomonEdwards Group, followed by Managing Director of HireFinance.  Rob gained further valuable experience as Practice Director for SJA, the Executive placement arm of the Allegis Group, the largest staffing agency in the United States.  Since founding the Hire Authority Inc. in 2008, Rob has had the honor of working with dozens of companies across numerous industries, to help them locate outstanding talent.  He enjoys giving his clients the personal touch that was not always possible, working for the nation’s largest staffing company.  Rob’s experience spans industries such as oil and gas, construction, CPG, government contracting, logistics, commercial lending, e commerce, rental, wholesale and even audiology. His primary focus is from Director to C level positions in Accounting and Finance, Sales and Operations.
